Anousak's full commitment to his blogging activity

It has been a while since this blog was established. Now that the Lao ICT development has gone from infancy to a grown stage. More and more activities, in terms of Lao ICT, are being realized and at the same time planned and implemented at various levels, government and private sectors. I am committing myself to post and talk about the events from the past and current.
