Hope it is useful for those interested in learning and would like to be involved in Lao ICT developments which include: Standards,Fonts,Lao Mobile and SMS,Xangdao (OpenOffice.org),Salika and Nakfai (Mozilla's Thunderbird and Firefox),and many other Lao ICT endeavors.I will post and discuss things relevant to ICT developments here.
