good day! bumped into your site while looking for solutions to this predicament i'm in.
i've been trying to incorporate lao fonts (to possibly write and recognize lao script in my linux/openoffice) but the ttf file can't seem to be recognized by my ubuntu gutsy system as lao, but appears the usual alphabet. i'm not quite sure if i still need something installed before the fonts can be recognized.
